Abstract

This thesis develops and presents an iOS application designed to help users create, manage, and monitor their grocery shopping. At the same time, the application aims to reduce unnecessary food purchases, which often end up being wasted due to poor organization. The development of the application followed the Agile methodology, allowing for its incremental implementation and, most importantly, the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes and new requirements. The application is designed exclusively for devices running iOS. This platform provides a wide range of UI/UX guidelines, resulting in a final product that is not only functional but also user-friendly, following familiar design principles. After several evaluation cycles, the application appears to meet essential user needs in their daily routine, without requiring constant or complex interaction.
