The human element lies at the heart of most, if not all, situations. The same applies to an organization. People constitute the true wealth of any business, upon which it invests. By enhancing the value of their human resources, organizations simultaneously add value to their services and products. Consequently, profit increases and returns to the organization itself, ultimately benefiting the employees as well. A necessary condition and primary concern for both employers and employees in achieving this goal is to ensure the highest possible level of job satisfaction among the organization’s workforce. A satisfied employee is more productive, leading to both personal and professional advancement, as well as the maximization of the organization’s profit.
A pleasant working environment: a condition everyone seeks. But do employees truly enjoy it? This master thesis explores the level of job satisfaction among the employees of a public sector organization
