Abstract
This Thesis presents the basic principles and regulations that apply to the construction of facilities intended for the production of pharmaceuticals. It analyzes the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia and the steps that must be followed for the implementation of the project.
Specifically, the project involves the assignment and construction of a research laboratory within the production areas of the factory, where this area needs to comply with the principles and regulations governing the production process of pharmaceuticals. The planning and sequence of tasks are presented, activities and their duration are defined, and finally, the monitoring of the project is carried out.
