Abstract

The following dissertation concerns the implementation of NIS2 in the European Union, but also its incorporation in the national law of Greece. Its purpose is to give a clear picture of Directive 2022/2555, such as which entities are defined in its scope, how they can comply with its requirements and whether there is the possibility to combine it with other standards and regulations to enhance cybersecurity protection measures.
