This thesis focuses on the development of an API for organizing and managing appointments in clinics and medical centers, with the aim of automating and optimizing the process. A common issue faced by patients is the waiting time and difficulty in communicating with clinics to schedule their appointments, often through phone calls, which can be time-consuming and inefficient. The proposed API seeks to eliminate these delays by providing a digital platform where patients can book appointments with doctors of their choice, on specific dates and times. At the same time, both doctors and patients will be able to manage their appointments and track their appointment history through the system. This platform aims to improve the efficiency of clinics, save time for staff, and provide better service for patients and doctors.
