The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the procedure that must be followed to design a distribution network. This subject challenged me because distribution networks are the basic and most important component of supply chain. Moreover, distribution networks are one of the critical parameters that affect the level of the customer service. This study is divided into two parts; the first is the theoretical approach to the subject and the second the case study for the distribution network reengineering of the North Aegan Sea Canneries S.A (NASC).
