The purpose of the research was to analyze the factors that shape citizens' satisfaction with e-government
The research methodology was carried out through quantitative analysis.
The main findings that emerged are that citizens particularly appreciate simple navigation, clarity of information and the ability to quickly complete procedures. In addition, the accessibility of the gov.gr electronic platform plays an important role in shaping satisfaction. The reliability and security of the services provided are also key predictive factors. Finally, the quality and completeness of information, as well as the speed of service, significantly affect overall satisfaction.
This specific research offers the Public Administration valuable information about the real needs and expectations of citizens in relation to electronic services. Based on the research findings, Public Administration can evaluate the success of existing policies and formulate new ones, taking into account the real needs of citizens by enhancing transparency, and improving the relationship of trust with citizens.
The main value and originality of the research on the factors that influence citizens' satisfaction with e-government, has to do with the focus on understanding how digital government services are perceived and experienced by users.
