The present thesis focuses on the development of the web banking application "Bankingo." The primary objective of this implementation was to create a modern banking model that combines universally accepted banking transactions with today's innovation. The application offers a secure, automated, and personalized navigation environment, tailored to the needs and preferences of each customer. The user constitutes a central subject of study, and for the purposes of this research, they are classified into three tiers: Basic, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with different privileges and specialized services, which the user enjoys throughout their online session. However, the user's contribution is not limited solely to the use of banking services.
Through transactions and interactions with the application, dynamic data is collected and analyzed using various functions and algorithms, such as K-means Clustering. This process ensures the optimal and most suitable recommendation of products and services for each user. The range of features and programming aspects of this thesis will be extensively discussed in the user manual, aiming to maximize the utilization of the application's capabilities. The manual will include detailed instructions, explaining both basic transactions and advanced features, thus facilitating a more efficient and seamless user experience.
