The loss of a pet is a difficult and emotionally charged experience for its owners. Despite the
existing search methods through social networks and advertisements, the process of locating lost
animals remains inefficient, due to the fragmentation of information and the lack of an organized
communication system. In this thesis, a window application is developed for locating lost pets,
aiming to streamline the finding process through a central, easy-to-use and efficient platform.
The application allows users to register lost or found animals with photos, descriptions and
locations via a map, while at the same time integrating a communication system for direct
interaction between users. The application aims to improve the process of searching and finding
pets, reducing the time and uncertainty involved in using traditional methods. Significant benefits
are expected from the application, as it enhances communication between users and offers an
organized environment for registering and searching for lost animals.
