This paper aims to design, create and evaluate an educational scenario on leadership,
developing emotional intelligence and enhancing inclusion and collaboration in diverse
teams, using AI as an aid to decision making. The course is intended for on-site and remote
learning. The scenario is based on two fundamental theories: Kolb's experiential learning
model and Goleman's emotional intelligence theory, incorporating learning strategies such as
Jigsaw, Role Playing Games and Case Studies.
The structure of the course consists of (6) six phases where (4) four of them follow the flow
of Kolb's experiential learning and Goleman's emotional intelligence: direct experience- self awareness, reflection- self-management, generalization- self-regulation, application relationship management. The fifth phase is a repetition of the key points. The sixth phase is
the evaluation of the learning process and confirmation of the participants' achievement of
the learning objectives. In each phase, activities have been included that combine different
learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic and reading/writing) to ensure the active
participation of all learners.
The main learning tools utilized are AhaSlides, Padlet, Prezi, YouTube, Microsoft Teams, and
Copilot. Through interactive activities, participants develop skills in self-awareness, emotion
management, empathy and conflict resolution (Win-Win), as well as leadership, collaboration
and AI skills in diverse environments.
