Τhis research was conducted in January 2025 to document and explore the opinions and views of educators across all specializations (primary and preschool levels) within the Directorate of Primary Education of Eastern Thessaloniki regarding the implementation of intercultural education principles, with a focus on the role of school leadership. Drawing on data derived from questionnaires, the study revealed significant findings concerning the challenges, needs, and strategies of educators and their leaders in multicultural contexts.
