Abstract

The common belief is that the primary and undisputed goal of every hospital unit, whether public or private, is none other than the specialized provision of medical care, which is based on and designed according to the specific needs of the patients during their hospitalization. To achieve this, supply chain management systems are used. One of these is the ABC system, through which we present the management carried out in a hospital in the country.
