This postgraduate thesis examines the development of mindfulness in primary school students who are in grade E and F of their primary school. More specifically, it will provide an eCourse that involves the latest technologies, AI, and AR, examining its effectiveness for enhancing emotional intelligence through mindfulness and improving mental resilience in students. In turn, it points to the fact that students significantly improve their ability to recognize and manage their emotions; their participation in the educational process is becoming more active. However, despite the benefits, the research is subject to limitations such as its limited sample size and the need to update the technological infrastructure. For all these reasons, digital interventions are proposed, which can enhance the development of mindfulness as well as improve the overall mental health of students. Overall, this paper aspires to propose new ways of integrating mindfulness in contemporary education and using digital tools to improve the overall learning process.
