This thesis aims to design, develop and evaluate an online training program for teachers on the use of AI tools for lesson planning and generative ai. The program is hosted on the Google Classroom platform and is designed to provide theoretical and practical guidance to teachers on the use of modern AI tools such as MagicSchool, Lessonplans.ai, Diffit and Learnt.ai. More specifically, the project consists of six teaching modules : the introduction, four modules dedicated to the aforementioned tools and the final evaluation. For the introduction module a file with the program information, a questionnaire to explore the prior knowledge of the learners, a discussion activity and an introduction activity were created. For each of the modules concerning the four AI tools study guides have been prepared for each tool, including introductory information, application examples, usage tips, training videos and additional training material. In addition, for each of the four modules a practice activity, a self-assessment questionnaire and a discussion activity were developed. For the purposes of the final evaluation an individual and a group application activity, a multiple-choice question quiz and a program evaluation questionnaire were created. The thesis, through the creation of the online training program, aspires to enhance the use of artificial intelligence in education, providing teachers with the tools and skills they need to meet the modern demands of teaching. At the end of the thesis, the completeness of the online educational program is evaluated, a comparative analysis with similar programs is made and proposals for its further development and improvement are formulated.
