The phenomenon of Human Trafficking undermines the issue of Humanitarian Security internationally through the violation of the human rights of the individual on issues such as freedom, health, movement, work. The recruitment of women, children and men is carried out through the use of force and coercion, with the result that more and more of them are working in deplorable conditions. The inability of state institutions to protect citizens and their rights generates insecurity, unrest and migratory flows internationally as it is observed that this phenomenon feeds and evolves with existing social, political and economic changes. Undoubtedly, the lack of legislation and common response facilitates its flourishing and expansion across the globe, yielding a lot of profits while no strict penalty for its suppression has prevailed. The United Nations has always adapted to the current conditions of war, social inequalities, unemployment and poverty and has observed the constant evolution of the phenomenon and, in order to prevent it and to protect its citizens and their rights, and subsequently to restore international security, has adopted a multifaceted strategy in its action through its various agencies to prevent, suspend and criminalize the phenomenon, with the main aim of adopting a humanitarian approach
