In contemporary societies, it is imperative for every business to meticulously study its actions. This means closely monitoring and adapting to domestic and global trends and developments that are constantly evolving. Therefore, each enterprise should follow a specific method and strategy, which should be adjusted according to market demands.
This thesis analyses the business plan for the establishment of a sustainable kindergarten in Kypseli, district of Athens. It examines the innovative design, strategy and marketing that the kindergarten will adopt in order to differentiate itself from existing ones in Kypseli and also to offer education aligned with the demands of the contemporary social and professional world.
The business plan analysed is based on real data, as the aim is to provide a tool for the establishment of the described early year education centre. For this reason, the actual data are given in terms of address, premises, organisation and financial data. In order to draw final conclusions, business decision support analyses (PEST, PORTER, VRIO, SWOT) and financial analyses have been carried out to determine whether the investment will be profitable and viable.
