Nowadays, many IT companies are involved in creating and developing management
applications. They aim to provide a solution to the various management problems that appear,
such as coordination, supervision and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the different
processes that a business copes with. It is observed that these administrative occasions
constantly increase, change and differentiate, according to the field of activity of the company,
the sector or, in general, a whole of society.
Following the trend of the IT market, this project deals with the creation, development and analysis
of an application of charges of buildings and apartments. As it has been established over the
years, the management of buildings is not an easy task as it requires knowledge, experience,
patience and a lot of time, which most of the time is not available.
This application, which is analyzed below, aims at simplifying the process of issuing the utility
fees, in order to assist the new and old managers but, also, to provide a direct access to the
required and available information that is needed by tenants and owners. It is an easy-to-use,
pleasant and user-friendly application, with simple and easy-to-understand steps for
administrators, tenants and owners. The application is approachable to all ages, while no special
technological equipment is needed for its use, apart from internet access.
The sales of application target to small and medium-sized buildings that nominate and periodically
elect a tenant as manager. The application can be adapted to the requirements of buildings and
can easily include the existing procedures. Larger buildings or group of buildings and various
building complexes are surely our target; however, the competitiveness is recognized as these
buildings often use companies that provide a set of services.
