This thesis examines the feasibility and sustainability of establishing an eco-friendly
hotel in Corfu. The analysis focuses on both the qualitative and quantitative factors
that make the investment profitable and sustainable. With financial models and
analytical methodologies, the study concludes that Corfu offers a highly favorable
environment for such a venture. Additionally, the involvement of an investor with strong
local ties enhances the commitment to the community. The projections indicate not
only economic success but also a significant social and environmental contribution to
the region. Overall, the study confirms that the investment is both viable and
worthwhile.
