Abstract

Studying Emotional and Social Growth using Assessment Tools EmoSociogram and AQS. The development of emotions and social skills plays a role in shaping human evolution, impacting the formation and upkeep of healthy relationships with others. The EmoSociogram and Attachment Q-Sort (AQS) are commonly utilized assessment tools to improve our understanding and boost these features. The EmoSociogram is a tool that specifically looks at emotional and social connections in groups, including those found in educational, professional, and family settings. The EmoSociogram is utilized in education to examine classroom dynamics, recognizing problems like social exclusion and bullying. Through the examination of student interactions, teachers have the ability to intervene in order to enhance social unity and the emotional health of students. This tool evaluates employees' collaboration and communication in professional settings, aiming to enhance the work environment and build stronger teamwork. The EmoSociogram is used in psychotherapy and clinical psychology to analyze emotional interactions in group therapy sessions. It helps therapists recognize emotional obstacles and encourage healthy changes in relationships between people. The AQS was created to evaluate the attachment bond quality between a child and a caregiver. The AQS offers a comprehensive examination of the child's interactions with the caregiver based on John Bowlby's attachment theory, documenting their responses across different scenarios. The main focus of using the AQS is on developmental psychology and child psychology for gaining insight into the quality of early attachment relationships. Specialists can assess the attachment bond's security by observing the child's behavior in a natural setting. This instrument is very beneficial in identifying attachment issues early on that may impact the child's long-term mental and emotional growth.Moreover, the AQS is utilized in clinical settings to diagnose and address attachment issues, aiding in the formation of secure bonds in families dealing with challenges like abuse or neglect. At the research level, the AQS is used in cross-cultural studies to comprehend differences in attachment across various cultures. Summary,utilizing the EmoSociogram and AQS tools offers a thorough method for evaluating and enhancing emotional and social growth.
