The interest of using a sustainable products application : a study of Greek consumers and companies

Initially an application was created and then a survey was conducted through a questionnaire in which 216 Greek consumers participated. The survey included nine subgroups of questions, namely Preference for Organic Products, Importance of Company Characteristics, Usefulness of Organic Products, Competitiveness of Organic Products and Interest in Organic Products. Applicability and Safety of the Products also a Comparison of Organic with Conventional and the Valuation of the Products and an Attitude towards Organic was also made.Pearson's correlation coefficient was carried out which shows us the correlation between two quantitative variables. As the dependent variable we initially used the consumers' sunshine and as the independent variable we used each question. Then, an analysis of the Fisher-Freeman test was carried out which is a test from the chi-square test but this time we used education as the dependent variable and the independent variable was always the question. This survey concerned nine subgroups of questions, namely the Interest of Entry the Privileges of the Companies the Usefulness of Organic Products the Competitiveness of Organic Products the Safety of Products the Comparison of Organic Products the Company's Intention and the Competitiveness of Organic Products and the Motives for their Integration A swot analysis was then carried out showing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that may exist according to the findings of the questionnaires and finally the technical characteristics of the application that exist and the changes that need to be made in order to make the application commercially available
