This paper focuses on the design of skills workshops for the integration of human rights in school education. The aim is to create a teaching framework that supports students' critical thinking, active political participation and social awareness. Through a review of existing activity workshops, the paper attempts to document the challenges and opportunities that arise when integrating dialogical and interactive approaches in education.
The design of the workshops provides for the use of modern educational technologies to enhance understanding and practice of rights issues. The workshops encourage active participation of students through group work, critical analysis and creative problem solving. The implementation of the human rights skills workshops in combination with the third grade social and civic education lesson of the curriculum aims to foster the acquisition of basic skills and values required for responsible and democratic behaviour at the local government level.
Through the literature review, studies related to best practices in educational management of human rights, the use of information and communication technologies to enhance teaching were analyzed. Through the workshops, methods for incorporating practices that promote active participation are presented.
