Educational e-Coaching is a modern field of coaching to support and empower professionals in the field of education, aiming their professional development. This thesis examines the impact of e-coaching, with elements of gamification, in enhancing the teaching of primary Physical Education (PE) teachers and the effect of collaborative Think-Pair-Share (TPS) and Brainstorming (BS) techniques on the development of students' soft skills of teamwork and problem solving using digital tools (Web 2.0, AI-Tools) during PE lessons. The research's theoretical framework and the design of the e-course are grounded in social constructivism and collaborative social constructivism learning environments (CSCL), incorporating the Mosaic Mentoring Model and elements of gamification. The target of the study is to examine whether implementing these educational strategies influences teaching and the cultivation of the aforementioned soft skills in students. The e-course was evaluated for its effectiveness by 50 primary school PE teachers. They completed a questionnaire which includes 22 questions (Likert scale) and an evaluation rubric. Percentage quantitative and descriptive analysis were used. The analysis showed that PE teachers widely accepted the Mosaic e-Coaching Model, collaborative techniques, and the use of digital tools with gamification elements and recognized their value in creating a more participatory and enjoyable learning environment. In conclusion, the study highlights that gamified e-Coaching can be a useful tool for developing students' soft skills and enhancing teaching in Physical Education. The study provides useful information for further development and implementation of collaborative and gamified teaching strategies in primary education.
