The thesis refers to professional orientation, for the secondary school students and the emergence of sustainable professions of the future. Evaluates and confirms the selection of microlearning in designing Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). In focuses on the potential of MOOCs that enable students to follow courses at their own pace of learning, promoting independence and flexibility. Students, through online courses, develop skills required by modern workplaces, improving entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainability. Analyzing four (4) educational micro-learning, aiming to orient professionally students in such manner that they can easily acknowledge the requirements and characteristics of sustainable future professions. First educational section is about presenting selected professions, aiming to understand as far as possible their advantages and disadvantages. The second one focus on sustainable professions, their contribution and role on the protection of the environment against climate change, with the ultimate aim of creating positive effects on society and the ecosystem. The third, guides students to understand ways in which they will effectively deal with exam stress. Lastly, our online course presents the characteristics of the new entrepreneur’ s interconnection to ingenuity, innovation and technology. Conclusions and suggestions for future improvement of MOOCs , a tool suitable to promote students professional orientation, contributing to the preparation for the requirements of the modern professional workplace.
