The present research thoroughly investigates the various forms of state subsidies and their impact on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Greece. It focuses on a detailed analysis of the creation of a virtual enterprise A, primarily utilizing the modern financial tools available. The purpose of the study is to examine how state subsidies and financial programs contribute to the sustainability and growth of SMEs, providing a practical example of application through the virtual enterprise. Through this analysis, the aim is to highlight the best practices and strategies that businesses can adopt to fully exploit the available financial tools and achieve long-term growth and stability. General Examination of State Subsidies: This section provides an overview of the various types of subsidies offered by the Greek government to SMEs, elucidating their objectives and underlying policies.
