Abstract
The purpose of this Diploma is the recording of a business plan for the creation of a
preschool education center in Naxos and its evaluation, in terms of the sustainability
of the investment. The pre-school education center named "The Garden of Peace" will
start its operation in June 2024, it will have a capacity of 75 children who will be
divided into three sections according to their age. The total cost of the investment is
estimated to be €157,400 and this money will come from three sources: (a) Equity
(30%), Grant (45%) and Loan (25%). From the sustainability study carried out by
calculating the Net Present Value, the investment is considered sustainable.
