The rapid development of advanced digital technologies, although still at a very early stage of development, holds great promise for designing a better world with a human-centered approach.
This thesis examines how the three pillars of any society (Agents), namely Institutions (State), Business and Citizens can achieve Pareto utility optimization by leveraging advanced digital technologies to solve the problems, challenges of today's society.
As an application study, recent polls in Greece are used where the problems of the society are recorded and applications of advanced digital technologies that can help solve them are highlighted.
