This paper investigates and analyzes the opinions of the educational staff of Greece regarding the concepts of psychological capital, work commitment and job crafting. Specifically, references are made regarding the concept of psychological capital and its dimensions, the concept of job crafting and the concept of work commitment and its dimensions. The concept of work engagement began to be studied relatively recently and this is perhaps because the researches that are carried out show great interest and this is probably due to the growing research interest in the positive aspects of work life (Nelson & Cooper, 2007). At the same time, research reports that psychological capital is of utmost importance in career advancement (Chen & Lim, 2012). Of course, the psychological capital does not have a magic formula, but it requires time from the person as it is not an easy process. Finally, the research also focuses on the concept of job crafting, introduced by Wrzesniewski and Dutton (2001), and defined as "the physical and cognitive changes that individuals make in their work or in the relational boundaries of their work", (Wrzesniewski & Dutton, 2001:179). 185 teachers of all grades in Greece participated in this research and the research was quantitative. The collection of the sample was done by random sampling and the collection of questionnaires, which were answered electronically by the teachers. More generally, there are few researches that have been done regarding the connection of these three concepts in the part of education for this and this particular research focused its interest there. The results of this research show that these three concepts are directly related to each other and that many times one can act as a predictor of the other. At the same time, a positive correlation was observed between these three variables as well as the dimensions that each one includes. Therefore, the findings of this research appeared to agree with the findings of the rest of the literature.
