A feasibility study seeks to address a business issue by analysing detailed information on all aspects of a business, from its sector of activity to its organisational structure and operation. It is therefore an efficient way to examine the feasibility of a new project. This study focuses on the creation of a new 5-star luxury hotel complex called Ether Immersion Resort, located in Pylos, Messinia. All in all, the analysis conducted indicates that the proposed investment is indeed feasible and viable.
