This thesis aims to develop a mobile application utilizing an existing API for the creation of European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) records. The analysis begins with enumerating the changes required to align the system with the latest specifications. Functionality is explored, and existing system capabilities are enumerated. The graphical design of the application follows, incorporating User Experience (UX) analysis to enhance usability and aesthetics, meeting contemporary user expectations. A detailed analysis of the architecture, technologies, and core functions of the application is provided. Finally, suggestions for future steps are discussed, concluding the comprehensive exploration of the application development lifecycle.
