E-learning and e-mentoring are two modern methods that aim to improve learning by utilizing modern approaches to the educational process. There are different opinions of teachers regarding the effectiveness and utilization of these methods, taking into account various parameters. This paper aims to investigate the opinions of teachers in Greece regarding e-learning and e-mentoring. Thus, the degree of teachers' satisfaction with the use of e-learning in the educational process is examined, while
the way in which e-mentoring is dealt with by teachers and their opinions on meeting their expectations is studied. Thus, a quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 49 teachers. Based on the results, it emerged that teachers present positive attitudes towards e-learning, while older teachers are more positive about their use. Furthermore, the equipment and knowledge available to teachers plays an important role in the utilization of elearning. Also, it was found that positive views of e-learning lead to positive perceptions of e-mentoring as well. Educators found e-mentoring beneficial by offering benefits to those involved.
