The scope of this master thesis is to study the deployment of the SELFIE tool in determining the school’s digital capacity and, consequently, in preparing a relevant action plan through the SELFIE PTK toolkit. In particular, the data from the SELFIE tool is used to identify strengths and weaknesses and then draw up a School Improvement Plan. The underlying background of SELFIE is the European framework for digitally competent educational organizations (DigCompOrg). The master thesis is a case study at a private school in Athens, Greece, aiming to study the opportunities and challenges of this approach as part of the digital transformation strategy of a school.
