The purpose of this thesis is the implementation of an information system for the evaluation of the efficiency of the personnel of an IT company. The analysis of the information system and the implementation carried out will be extensively analyzed in the following chapters below. The methods and techniques that are applied for the development of the information system were based on SSM, Agile and DevOps methodologies, as they contributed to the development of high quality and user flexibility of the application.
