The adoption of the empowerment leadership model has a significant positive impact on the productivity of employees, as they feel valued and contribute to the better functioning of the organization. In a positive and collaborative environment, providing appropriate motivations to employees, such as recognition and rewards, contributes to development of the sense that employees’ opinions are considered. This contribution, enhances their self-confidence and encourages them to be equipped with more responsibilities and initiatives, making them more willing to actively dedicate themselves to their everyday tasks.
The purpose of the current study is to examine how leadership influences the motivation of the workforce. The analysis was conducted using the questionnaire methodology with a sample of 81 participants, who are employed in organizations from various business sectors. Demographic data were collected, and the sample responded to questions regarding their work experience, the behavior of their superiors, and their overall opinion regarding their current job position.
To conclude, the results of the research depict that the two scales are moderately correlated, highlighting that empowerment leadership not only affects the efficiency of employees but also the long-term viability of the organization.
