Abstract
In today’s world, organizations and businesses have to deal with a large amount of challenges, which arise both in their internal and external environment. One of the main problems that is sure to be of concern at some point is conflict between people, as conflicts always exist when there are groups of people interacting with each other in a workplace. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the conflict management techniques in working environments of organizations and businesses, but also the way in which they affect the employees’ trust in them. In this relationship, five different conflict management techniques are tested, in order to find those that are able to influence the level of employees’ trust, depending on the outcome of the resolution process. The specific relationship is examined both on the basis of the available literature and on the basis of the research that was carried out and gave useful conclusions about it.
