This master’s thesis purpose is to explore how green transition is applied, both at
national and European Union level, through green entrepreneurship and its proper
exploitation.
The ever – increasing needs of people in their daily lives, create an ever – increasing
demand for resources, at a time when these resources declining.
For this reason, in recent years, an institutional framework for sustainability and green
transition has been created, with a specific implementation timetable at pan –
European and therefore national level.
Thus, in this context, businesses, and not only, are called upon to focus on identifying
and understanding the respective risks and opportunities of climate change and new
era’s conditions.
This aims at the proper management, but also at the adjustment of the business model,
based on the new conditions, something that is based on the integration of sustainable
development in corporate strategies, creating long – term value, through the inclusion
of economy, society and natural environment.
