In the modern era, in every organization it is deemed necessary to exist an information system which is oriented towards human resources and its structure. The need for quick adaptability, more productive practices, faster response to requirements and less bureaucracy, led to the development of flexible methods (Agile Methodology) that provide the appropriate infrastructures for software development. In this thesis, more emphasis is placed on DevOps tools and practices used to automate development processes and continuous delivery of information system software, with maximum customer satisfaction as a priority. At the same time, health centers are analyzed as a form of providing medical care that offer basic care services to improve the patient's health. In the first part of this paper, a further description of the above concepts is given, while in the second part, an analysis is made of the procedures that describe the treatment of the patient at the health center, while also a reference is made to the reasons for his exit from it. Finally, the information system used by a typical health center for treatment processes is illustrated, thus providing direct patient care, data security, management of their medical information and generally their best health monitoring.
