Human Resources Management copes with the management of the personnel of a company or an organization. As a concept, in its modern form it appeared around the 19th century, and since then it has been constantly evolving. The evolution of globalization and the growth of competition between businesses has made Human Resources Management an important part in organizations. One sector, in which Human Resources Management acquires particular value is the health sector, the reason is that the right management of medical staff and human resources of hospital units leads to the provision of excellent health services. Based on the above, this paper dealt with the concept of Human Resources Management and especially the concept of Human Resources Management in the health sector. Qualitative analysis and literature review research methodology were applied in the paper. The findings of the paper showed that Human Resources Management in the health industry is a multilateral department, facing many challenges. The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has come to add to these challenges. Finally, the evolution and modernization of Human Resources Management in the health sector can be carried out through the use of modern technology.
