The creation of a new study area for children called "Creation" will be explained below. This is a need that children have. In addition to their reading which is really important, have the opportunity to get in touch with their emotions and find ways of expressing them. A foreign language, a musical instrument, a role playing can provide elements that every child can use and show. Their parent will understand what is hidden inside him or her. This is a new project, a new model idea, different from the other study centres that end up becoming more like reading rooms. At very start, everything will be uncertain and difficult. For this reason, a business plan has been created with a series of analyses to be able to seal the operation of the centre. Analyses such as VRIO, PEST, 5 forces of PORTER and SWOT analysis are used for this business plan. It is important for a successful business plan to have a successful marketing plan. The image projected by any business is of equal importance to the work it performs. In this context, the vision of "Creation" will be analysed.
