In this diploma thesis, we will investigate the elements that contribute to school leadership's effectiveness as a method of managing school educational units. Specifically, in the first chapter, we will examine the many models of the concept of leadership in educational units. In the second chapter, we will discuss the concept of performance within the framework of a school community as well as the improvements, as well as the qualities of an effective leader. The third chapter addresses the relationship between school climate and leadership in educational units, while the fourth chapter examines research on both positive and negative school climates as variables that make leadership an effective method of managing educational units. The fifth chapter discusses the methodology, sample, data collection technique, reliability and validity of the instrument, as well as its limits, while the sixth chapter evaluates the collected results. This diploma thesis finishes with conclusions and recommendations for future research.
