This research is a qualitative empirical research to collect empirical information for the answers of specific research questions. The type of information collection is a semi-structured interview with the data of the company under consideration. The results are analyzed subjectively and interpretatively. Qualitative research is sometimes criticized for its small scale, inaccuracy and uncertainty of results, but it helps to better understand supply chain management issues. In this research, a telephone interview was conducted with the manager of X.Y. S.A
