Introduction: Education in organizations is different from school education. Schools usually train students to understand a subject well enough to pass an exam. Schools also deal with young people and usually teach them information that is new to them. The educational work that organizations like the EU do for members or for the community is very different. The goal is usually to empower people so that they can become active contributors to the change process. In-house training helps members understand and contribute to the organization's work. Community education conveys information or campaign messages and can be used to empower, mobilize and organize people.
Purpose: This paper aims to present EU policies and programs. to promote education and training after 2021.
Material and Method: Articles and books on the subject were used.
Conclusions: Each country in the European Union manages its own education system, so the Commission has a more supportive role. It offers a forum for cooperation between countries and seeks to improve coherence in education policies. The Commission funds a number of initiatives to support education in Europe, from ensuring the recognition of qualifications abroad to promoting success stories.
