The role of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction of kindergarden teachers in their burnout

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study and correlate the concepts of Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction and Burn out among Greek teachers of elementary education. The research was carried out with the collection of data through self-reference questionnaires. The sample under research consists of 150 educators. The results obtained indicate that older kindergarten teachers are more emotional, more depersonalized in their work environment and have lower levels of job satisfaction.
