A Business Plan is the essential tool for an Enterprise or an Organization. Its contribution is crucial to limiting the uncertainty of the future and is achieved on the basis of scenarios that emerge as a result of estimates, data and data of the past. In most cases, it is essential to formulate assumptions so that scenarios can be formulated. In addition, due to the fact that the business plan is a guide for the future, it goes without saying that there is a need for constant and uninterrupted updating of data, due to the constant change and change of operating data of factors of production, etc. In the framework of this Thesis, the collection, organization, processing and display of all the necessary information for the creation of a viable business plan of a public hospital took place: The General Hospital of Thebes. The collection of information was carried out either by the method of field recording, or by conducting interviews with the management of the Hospital, or by searching for sources of information on the Internet. The current business plan of the General Hospital of Thebes for the period 2022-2024, contributes to the effort of a more general modernization of the Greek public administration system in the field of health. The application of rational management practices and methods is characterized by the recording of goals with measurable results. The main strategy of the General Hospital of Thebes is the full development of its services, with the aim of serving the citizens - patients in the area of Thebes. The main purpose of a business plan is to determine the business directions and strategic axes of operation on which the Hospital will move in the near future. This plan seeks the analysis and evaluation of the existing internal environment of the Hospital (financial results, organizational structure, products and services offered, financial management, etc.), as well as the external environment (current situation, competition, developments). and prospects). Based on the data that will emerge from the above analysis, the final proposals will be determined, the implementation of which will contribute to the improvement of the internal operations of the Hospital and the development and expansion of its activities.
