The purpose of the thesis is to highlight the negotiation process as a guideline for the settlement and peaceful resolution of international disputes/convicts. Particular emphasis is placed on the understanding of the art of negotiation, on its analysis and its components, as well as the factors that favour the existence of conflicts.
The first chapter describes the structure of the international system and refers to the existence of international disputes, but as well to the way in which these differences can be resolved bloodless, by following the peaceful path.
In the second chapter, the reader is introduced to the concept of the art of negotiation and the parameters by which it is surrounded. It indicates the techniques, the methods, the stages, the possible results as well as under what conditions it will be successful.
The third chapter makes a special reference to the game of theory and the concept of strategy. The fourth and final chapter focuses on international negotiations and their specificity in the light of culture and interculturalism.
