Entrepreneurship and education have always been tightly integrated and both established as pillars of development for both personal and social purposes. Entrepreneurship may come in a lot of forms, but it is extremely effective when strong leadership is implemented. Education has always been one of the most important assets of one's being. Nowadays this is more true than ever before. However, difficulties may arise such as bureaucracy and slow implementation of reforms. Human capital development is the byproduct of excellent entrepreneurship skills among with supreme and modern teaching methods.
This present thesis will present both the entrepreneurship and educational aspects in conjunction with the greater cause of the development of human capital.
This research took place in Athens and the participants were asked to complete a questionnaire drawn up to the researcher himself to serve the purposes of the research.
The study concludes that entrepreneurship and education can and will produce amazing results as long as teaching implements modern methodology and a great curriculum and entrepreneurship on the other hand is willing to take managerial action in both public and private sector to move transformation of the current stative situation
