The present study dealt with an investment plan for the development of a private primary school in the area of Chalandri. In fact, it was completed in five chapters. After the introductory note, the first chapter referred to the basic idea of the investment plan and the organization of the school. The second chapter then deals with marketing market analysis with particular reference to Porter's five forces. The third chapter recorded information about the school's strategic marketing. The fourth went deeper into the facilities and equipment required. Finally, the fifth and last chapter spoke on the financial analysis and evaluation of the investment. The work closed with the final conclusions in the epilogue.
