In the present study we talk about a private kindergarten in Chalandri. This business plan is completed through four chapters, where more specifically, the first emphasizes the vision and mission of the kindergarten, as well as in its legal form, its operation plan but also in the way of finding resources and educational activities with the which deals. Emphasis is given to the goals of the organization. Then, the second chapter analyzes the industry and the market, making special reference to the current situation in the selected area of Chalandri. In addition, reference is made to market structure, pest analysis and competition analysis, and finally a description of the market environment. The third chapter then focuses on the marketing strategy by making a thorough SWOT analysis focusing on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Next, reference is made to the Porter model and the types of strategy. The fourth and final chapter develops financial analysis through growth assumptions. Finally, the business plan closes with the epilogue where the basics are recorded conclusions.
