The purpose of this research is to investigate the satisfaction of patients with the offer of health services provided to the Local Health Unit (TOMY) during its operation. Assessing patient satisfaction in relation to specific determinants that can be utilized to identify and address potential difficulties in the operation of the structure. The method of random sampling was chosen to measure user satisfaction. Satisfaction was measured using the Likert five-point scale, in which 1 represented "not at all satisfied" and 5 "completely satisfied". At the same time, an open question was submitted in order to record the general positive impression of the users about the services of TOMY. The questionnaires were distributed to 68 visitors of TOMY during the period during January 2020 where there is a larger volume of appointments. As observed from the study, the respondents / patients attach more importance to the easier appointment scheduling, followed by the opening hours in TOMY, while the temperature in the waiting room is considered as a less important factor.
