During times of crisis, the viability of each company is considered difficult and is needed additional effort from the individual executives to maintain it. Especially in our time when we are going through a period of instability, as the COVID-19 virus is spreading all over the world, the majority of Greek companies have been significantly affected. However, there are companies that continue to operate successfully. The love and hard work for the product produced by each company can be decisive indicators for its course. One of the reasons for this study is the love for the olives. The founders of the unit want to make the product widely known to consumers, which offers a variety of benefits for the human body, and in the future to expand to foreign markets. In conclusion, this study presents the steps that a company must follow from the moment of decision to the date of its operation, as well as whether such an investment is finally worth it.
