The main goal of this study is to examine how private schools with differences in their philosophy, their number of students and their infrastructural size exercise human resources management, if they abide by certain basic concepts of the field which are exercised in other private industries and how practical implementation of human resources management affect their function. This research was based on basic HR theory fundamentals and the results have been collected by questionnaires that have been directed by email to various private schools of the Attica peninsula, Greece.
